Terms of Use

Last updated: October 30, 2026. These terms are the agreement for the Tiny Taste app for iPhone, Tiny Taste Premium, and the Tiny Taste service.

Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a contract between you and Scoop Systems, Inc. ("Scoop", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Tiny Taste you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

Who may use Tiny Taste

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Tiny Taste is for parents and caregivers planning and recording a baby's meals.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Your Profile → Delete account.

Not medical advice

Tiny Taste's food pages, recipes, guides, meal plans, and Ask answers are general information to help you plan meals. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they do not replace your pediatrician or another qualified professional. Talk to your pediatrician before starting solids and before introducing allergens, especially if your baby has eczema, a known allergy, or a medical condition.

Always supervise your baby while eating. Learn the signs of choking and of an allergic reaction. If your baby shows signs of a severe reaction or is choking, call 911 or your local emergency number right away.

Ask

Ask uses an AI model to answer questions from Tiny Taste's library and your baby's records. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important with your pediatrician, and do not rely on Ask in an emergency. We may limit how many questions you can ask each day.

Tiny Taste Premium

Some features are part of Tiny Taste Premium, an auto-renewing subscription sold only through Apple's App Store, monthly or yearly. Apple processes every purchase; no other company sells or manages the subscription. The app shows each plan's price before you buy. A free trial, when offered, converts to a paid subscription at its end unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.

• Billing: Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase and at each renewal, at the price then current for your plan.
• Cancelling: cancel any time in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or from Manage Subscription in the app's Profile. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds: Apple handles refunds under its own terms at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Restoring: use Restore Subscription in Profile, signed in to the same Apple Account and Tiny Taste account.

Your records

You own what you record in Tiny Taste. You let us store, copy, and process it only to run Tiny Taste for you, as the Privacy Policy describes. That permission ends when the records are deleted.

Our content

Tiny Taste's app, articles, recipes, photos, and videos belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own family's use. Do not copy, resell, or redistribute the content, or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tiny Taste to break the law, interfere with the service or other people's use of it, test its security without our written permission, create accounts by automated means, or get around usage limits. We may suspend or end access for anyone who does.

Changes

We may add, change, or remove features, including which features are part of Premium. We may change these Terms; we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Tiny Taste after that means you accept the new Terms.

Disclaimer

Tiny Taste is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Scoop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from Tiny Taste. Our total liability for all claims in any 12 months is limited to the greater of what you paid for Tiny Taste Premium in those 12 months or 50 US dollars.

Apple

These Terms are between you and Scoop, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Tiny Taste or its content and has no obligation to support it. If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of its purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Scoop, not Apple, handles any claims about the app, including product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection, privacy, and intellectual property claims. You confirm you are not in a country under a U.S. Government embargo and are not on a U.S. Government list of restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If mandatory consumer law where you live gives you rights these Terms cannot take away, those rights still apply.

General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Scoop about Tiny Taste. If part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them to a successor of the service.
