Support
Tiny Taste helps you plan and track your baby's first foods. Here are answers to common questions. If you need anything else, write to us.
Signing in
Tiny Taste signs you in with Apple or Google; there is no separate Tiny Taste password. Sign in with the same Apple or Google account each time to reach your babies and your subscription. To add the other one, open Profile → Sign-in and security and tap Connect.
Subscriptions
- Restore a purchase: open Profile and tap Restore Subscription while signed in to the same Apple Account.
- Cancel or change a plan: open Profile and tap Manage Subscription, or go to iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Refunds: Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Sharing with caregivers
A baby can be shared with up to 3 caregivers besides its owner, such as a partner, grandparent, nanny, or daycare. Everyone who shares a baby sees and logs the same meals, foods, reactions, and allergies.
- Invite someone: open Profile, tap Caregivers, then Invite a caregiver, and send the message. The link opens Tiny Taste on their iPhone. Each invite works for one person and expires after 7 days.
- Join with a code: if the link doesn't open the app, install Tiny Taste from the App Store, sign in, open Profile, tap Enter an invite code, and type the 8-character code from the message.
- Remove or leave: the baby's owner can remove a caregiver in Caregivers. A caregiver can tap Leave there to stop sharing the baby. The owner can't leave; they can delete the baby instead.
- Premium for the family: one Premium subscription covers the person who pays and up to 3 other people who share any of their babies, in the order they joined. Ask opens for them once the plan is paid; during the yearly plan's free week, Premium content is open but Ask is not. This is separate from Apple's Family Sharing.
Your data
- Export: open a baby's profile and tap Export Tracker Data to get that baby's history as a spreadsheet.
- Delete your account: open Profile → Your Profile → Delete account. We delete the account and everything in it right away. A baby you share passes to its earliest caregiver, with its records.
The Privacy Policy explains what Tiny Taste keeps and why. The Terms of Use cover subscriptions and how the app may be used.
Feeding questions
Ask can help with everyday feeding questions, but it can be wrong and it is not medical advice. For questions about your baby's health, allergies, or development, talk to your pediatrician. If your baby is choking or shows signs of a severe allergic reaction, call 911 or your local emergency number right away.
